    Okamoto and Sagami boxes are sourced from Japanese distributors. Every box ships as the maker sealed it, never re-packed, with lot number and expiry printed by the maker, not by us.

    We date-check every box before it leaves. Most ship with 2 to 4 years remaining. If a box ever arrives under 12 months, we replace it.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in a plain box or padded mailer with no product names or brand marks on the outside. Nothing indicates what is inside.

What appears on my card statement?

On US orders, the charge shows as "SP OOBiz" (some banks print it in capital letters), never a product or brand name. Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments show this same name. Orders to other countries are processed through Shopify Managed Markets, so the name on your statement may differ.

How far out are the expiry dates?

Every box ships with at least 12 months remaining, and most have 2 to 4 years. Dates are printed on the box by the manufacturer and we check them at dispatch. If a box arrives with under 12 months, we replace it.

Which ones are non-latex?

Okamoto Zero One 001, Okamoto 002, Sagami Original 001 and 002 are polyurethane and contain no natural rubber latex. Okamoto 003 and OLO are natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.

What sizes do you carry?

Regular fits most people. L sizes (Okamoto 002 L, Sagami 001 L, Okamoto 001 L) are wider than regular. Nominal width is the flat-laid width, not circumference, and it is printed on each box: see the size guide on each product page.
