  • Check the box first. Check the expiry date printed on the box and do not use a damaged pack.
  • Lubricants. Polyurethane is compatible with water-based, silicone-based, and oil-based lubricants. Follow the guidance printed on the box.
  • Single use. Use a new condom every time and read the leaflet inside the box before use.
  • Storage. Keep it in the original box, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

Read and follow the package instructions. Do not use a damaged or expired product.

Shipping and discreet packaging

Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 4PM ET, Monday to Friday, from our US warehouse. Standard US shipping is free; most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days by USPS with tracking emailed to you.

Packaging is plain: a box or padded mailer with no product or brand names on the outside. On US orders, your card statement reads "SP OOBiz".

Returns within 30 days (US orders)

Unopened, factory-sealed items from US orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind: you pay the return shipping and we refund the item price once the return arrives unopened. Damaged, defective, wrong item or not as described: we pay the return shipping. Details in our refund policy.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened boxes. If anything arrives damaged or with less than 12 months to expiry, tell us and we replace it, no return needed.

Size guide
